This sweet guy doesn’t make many appearances on my blog so I thought it was due time. Truth be told, this furry pup and I don’t always get along… think barking at the mailman during nap time, constant shedding, and serious doggy attitude. All that aside, Tex is a part of our family and including him on our day to day activities is a priority. Whether that be a walk to the park, a trip to the dog beach or a hike, we do our best to make sure he heads out on some sort of adventure once a day. Tex also does his best to keep us safe and takes on the role of “man of the house” whenever Ryan is gone or working nights. I certainly wouldn’t feel safe without my Pup protector by my side.

I attribute this pup to getting me back in shape after I had the babes. Our neighborhood is called “Mission Hills” and we live at the bottom of that “hill”. Walking Tex everyday and pushing a double stroller for the past 3.5 years has not only given us a great workout but a bond we share too. He loves to stop all over the neighborhood for new smells and loves it even more when he spots a squirrel or lizard.
